do you make the baby slings?
No. Baby Boomba is a retailer for the baby slings listed in our shop pages. We do however, manufacture our own product line of Blankies, Nursing Covers and DIY Graphics for Onesies. For wholesale inquires, click here.

are you an online only store?
Yes.

At Baby Boomba, we do not share or sell your personal information with third parties. Personal information includes your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card information. We gather this information for the purpose of processing your transactions only. Your trust is important to us and will be respected during every transaction with us. currency, duties and customs
All prices are in Canadian Dollars and will be calculated on the current day exchange rate. Products shipped to the US will not be charged tax, however orders may be subject to duties and customs charges. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not currently ship internationally.

as with everything in life, use common sense!

Baby Boomba stresses the importance of reading all manufacturer instructions to ensure that you wear the product correctly to keep your baby safe at all times. Baby Boomba has provided instructions here on the website to assist you on how to wear your baby. We have also provided direct links to the manufacturers' websites for additional instructions. When purchasing a product from this website, we have assumed that you have read all the instructions and will practice safe wearing with the products we sell.

The consumers/users are solely responsible for the safety of themselves and individuals under their care while using the products. Baby Boomba, its employees and any representatives of the company will not be held liable for injury or damages sustained while using any of the products sold on this website. By purchasing products sold by Baby Boomba, the consumer agrees to take full responsibility for the safety of themselves and their babies.

tips on sizing: If you are currently pregnant and are interested in purchasing our Baby Pouches to wear post pregnancy, we recommend that you wait until after your little one has arrived before ordering to ensure that you have the correct size. Ring Slings, Wraps and Mei Tai's on the other hand, are more forgiving as they are adjustable and usually one size fits all.

tips on wearing: We recommend that you practice with a doll until you are completely comfortable with the product before putting it to actual use. Practice in front of a mirror. It is also beneficial to have someone help you. Remember to always be near a soft surface when taking your baby out of the carrier. Never use your baby carrier with an uncooperative child. Be sure that your baby always has sufficient airflow. Only adults should use baby carriers.

shipping rates and taxes

To calculate shipping, select your desired item(s), add it to your cart, select the shipping destination and click "recalculate".

For all orders within Canada:
All processed orders will be shipped next business day via Canada Post Regular Parcel. Delivery time is between 2-9 business days. A charge of 5% GST will be applied to all orders within Canada. If you reside in Newfoundland, Nova Scotia or New Brunswick, you will be subject to 13% HST. If you reside in Ontario, you will be charged 8% PST. There is no tax applied to shipping charges. If the billing address is different than the shipping address, note that Provincial Taxes (if any) will be applied to the billing address.

* Infant shoes, Ecoblankies and Onesies are PST Exempt. This will be adjusted upon checkout.

For all orders to the United States:
All processed orders will be shipped next business day via Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA . Delivery time is between 6-12 business days. Products shipped to the US will not be charged tax, however orders may be subject to duties and customs charges which are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Orders:
We do not process International Orders at this time.

returns and refunds

  • Be sure that you order correct sizing to avoid an Refund/Exchange. See our sizing charts here.
  • Baby Shoes, Hideouts, Onesies and Eco-Blankies are final sale.
  • Contact us to receive a Refund/Exchange Authorization Form. Refunds/Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to reject any refunds/exchange should they not meet the requirements below.
  • To qualify for an refund/exchange, your item must be unopened and in the original manufacturer sealed package.
  • A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds/exchanges, unless products are being returned because of manufacturer defect or damage.
  • Refunds/Exchanges are granted within 30 days of purchase date.
  • If you are intending to wear your Baby Pouch post pregnancy, we suggest that you wait until after your baby is born to obtain a more accurate measurement. Baby Slings / Wraps / Mei Tai's are a little more forgiving as they can be adjusted and are usually a One Size fits all. If you are a pregnant mom with another little one, follow the standard chart guidelines if you are intending to wear the products while you are pregnant.
  • Once your Refund/Exchange is approved, ship back the item along with a copy of the Refund/Exchange Authorization Form that you had filled out. Note that you are responsible for paying the postage for the returned item.
  • We do not accept C.O.D.'s. If such a case happens, we will direct the shipment back to the sender.
  • Original shipping is non-refundable. Customer agrees to pay for any subsequent shipping charges.
