baby boomba. huh?
Baby Boomba started with our colicky baby. That's him on the top left. He was a baby that needed to be constantly carried, walked, and yoga balled. The "department store" baby carrier simply didn't do it for us. It was awkward, confusing and provided no back support. Even better, it turned his legs white from cutting off his circulation!

My mission began to find a hip, fashionable and most importantly, no fuss baby carrier. So in a nutshell, Baby Boomba is a place to find all sorts of wonderful babyslings!

Baby Boomba has evolved since then. We launched our own brand of Nursing Covers appropriately called "hideouts". (made for moms who wanna hideout, not hangout!), eco blankies, and organic onesies.

My grandmother used to carry me in the traditional Chinese Mei Tai's. I also used to sport a mei tai for my little dolls! I'm trying to find that picture of me with my doll, and as soon as I do, I'll be sure to post it up here!

The Mei Tai picture on the right is Buddy and I. This Mei Tai is 26 years old and belonged to my aunt who carried my cousin in it when he was a baby. Pretty sturdy still!

The picture on the bottom right was shot while vacationing in Macau, China with a grandmother carrying a really tired boy. (I think she's talking on her cell phone!).
