One of my all time favourite cooking shows (America’s Test Kitchen / Cooks Country), (the one with the witty guy with the glasses and the bow tie) had made these Fan Potatoes. I thought I would give it try this afternoon. I rebelled a little, going against their recommendations of using homemade breadcrumbs and cheddar cheese. The general consensus from hubby was that it was good, however needed some sour cream “or something”. Well anyways, here is the video of this recipe!
