peanut butter swirl brownies

peanut butter swirl brownies

♥ 4 squares of unsweetened chocolate, chopped
♥ 3/4 cups of butter
♥ 3 eggs
♥ 1-1/12 cups of sugar
♥ 1 cup of flour
♥ 1/2 cup of smooth peanut butter
♥ 2 squares Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped (garnish)

Preparation:
1. Pre-heat Oven to 350F.
2. Microwave  unsweetened chocolate and butter in a bowl on medium for 3 min and then hen stir until melted. Add eggs, stir in sugar and flour.
4. Line pan with parchment paper. Spread into a pan (I used a 9×9 square pan)
5. Bake for 30 min.

The Fun Part:
After you have taken it out of the oven, immediately top with spoonfuls of peanut butter and chopped semi sweet chocolate (I just used chocolate chips). Swirl with a knife and let it rest to cool.

Tips:
Be sure to cool completely before freezing. Then put in freezer for a few hours. Thaw at room temperature before cutting into bars. These freeze well for up to 3 months.
